Excellent work, we all DO need a gun-toting turtle in our lives! My favorite part is the reflection of the gun burst in his monocle, that's a wonderful little touch ;)

You did a really good job with the winter colors here. My only critique is perhaps make the sky in the upper right a bit darker so there's more of a gradient.
